How do I create a new tile?
Tap the Arrange tab in the bottom navigation, then tap "+ New Tile" to create a custom tile with your own fields and settings.
How do I log a continuous event like a sleep attack?
Tap the tile once to start the timer. The tile will show the elapsed time. Tap it again to stop and fill in the details.
How do I set a medication reminder?
In Arrange mode, tap a medication tile to edit it. Enable "Medication" and set the frequency to "Daily", then set your reminder time.
How do I export my data?
Go to the Settings tab and tap "Export CSV". You can share the file via email, AirDrop, or save it to Files.
Is my data backed up?
Yes — all your data syncs to your private cloud account automatically when you're online. Logging while offline queues and syncs when you reconnect.
How do I delete my account and data?
